Larry cut my hair for the first time in 2024. It was literally a last resort. I’d went to a brow lady to get my eyebrows tinted and she totally messed up my face. I wanted to cry. I had to get my undercut done anyway and was looking for someone to cut my hair the same day. So I found Legacy on Google. Larry was kind and super accommodating. When I got to him and asked if he could fix my brows after my cut he not only fixed them but they looked immaculate! He literally worked a miracle for me!
